Ivan and First Response are life savers! After a week of failures with a different AC Repair company I found myself still stuck with a broken AC unit that handles the computer server room for our entire company. After calling several other companies who either didn’t answer or told me they were too booked to help, I found First Response.

Although they were also very busy, they understood and cared about the sense of urgency that we needed help and made time that day to come out and diagnose the issue. They took the service to the next level when they juggled the schedule to get another technician back out that day and install the part needed to actually fix the problem. At the end of the day the issue was a fairly simple and common problem that the original company I called never found through 4 different visits over the past week, but it was pretty much the first thing Ivan checked.

Also throughout the whole process they communicated to let me know when a technician would be arriving. Anyone who has every dealt with AC repair knows finding a good company is difficult so I will sleep better knowing we have found one who is knowledgeable, reliable and understands customer service!
